Indian actress in Marathi, Tamil and Hindi film and television

Shruti Marathe is an Indian actress whose career spans Marathi cinema and television as well as Tamil and Hindi-language productions. She has worked in both film and television and has appeared in productions across several regional entertainment industries.

Film career

Marathe made her Marathi film debut in Sanai Choughade and subsequently entered Tamil cinema with Indira Vizha. Her Tamil-language work also includes Naan Avanillai 2 and Guru Sishyan.^[1]

She later concentrated more extensively on Marathi cinema, with credits including Rama Madhav, Taptapadi, Bandh Nylon Che and Mumbai-Pune-Mumbai 2. Her Hindi film work has included Budhia Singh – Born to Run and Wedding Anniversary.^[1]

Television

Shruti Marathe has also worked in Marathi television. Her role in the television series Radha Hi Bawari brought her wider recognition among Marathi-speaking audiences, alongside subsequent film and television work.^[1]
